Acadian Ambulance has job openings for EMTs in Louisiana

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) -- The National EMS Academy, a division of Acadian Companies and South Louisiana Community College, is offering its first EMT class in 2025 at campuses in Louisiana.
The class will start on Jan. 6, 2025, with orientation on Jan. 2 and Jan. 3. The class is scheduled to finish in March 2025. If you are interested, registration information can be found on this website.
The academy has campuses in multiple cities in Louisiana including Baton Rouge, Covington, Alexandria, Lafayette, Lake Charles, New Orleans and Thibodaux.
There are multiple career pathways at the academy for EMR, ECA, EMTs and paramedics.
According to Acadian Ambulance, "EMT students who graduate and pass the National Registry exam will be eligible to join the company and begin their careers as medics."
