ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man facing murder charges in connection to a deadly shooting last year will remain behind bars. Bryan Perello is accused of shooting and killing Adam Duarte at a casita on Mountain Rd, near Rio Grande Blvd. in May 2023. Albuquerque police seek information on pair accused in deadly stabbing Police said his truck was seen at a strip club earlier that morning where Duarte was seen getting in an argument with a friend of Perello. Those two men later left together in the same truck which police said was caught on camera near the crime scene. The state asked for pretrial detention based on his criminal history including being on conditions of release in a federal case at the time of the murder. Judge Brett Loveless granted the state's motion.
