CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A local Spanish lounge and bar announced they are closing and changing ownership for the new year.
Barsa Tapas and Lounge Owner Drazen will retire this year, the establishment shared via a Facebook post although they did not mention who will own it next.
The restaurant has been open for fourteen years on the corner of King and Line Streets. Barsa employees invite the community to stop by before they officially close on Saturday.
The lounge will be open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. the last day.
“We appreciate all of our staff, past and present, and all they have done to make Barsa such a successful and special place,” owners wrote. “To everyone who has walked through these doors as our guests, vendors, family, and friends, we are very grateful for you and the relationships we have formed.”
