ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man, who admitted to having a sexual relationship with a 12-year-old, will spend the rest of the decade in prison. Angelo Garcia pled guilty to criminal sexual contact of a minor back in July. He also admitted to giving the young girl drugs while committing sexual acts over the course of a year from 2022 to 2023. Albuquerque police seek information on pair accused in deadly stabbing Garcia had twelve charges dismissed as part of his plea deal, going from facing a life sentence to a maximum of 12 years behind bars. Judge Courtney Weaks sentenced Garcia to six years.
