East West Hospitality expands to Deer Valley with new condo community

East West Hospitality, the hospitality services company managing luxury, short-term vacation rental properties and resorts, has announced its expansion into Deer Valley. The company has been selected to operate Founders Place a luxury condominium community currently under construction in the Deer Crest neighborhood of Deer Valley Resort. Situated at the base of the Mountaineer Express lift, Founders Place will offer ski-in, ski-out access and will be surrounded by mountain views and a variety of outdoor activities. Founders Place is composed of two unique residential offerings: The Helen and The Edgar, alongside the amenities building, The Polly, each named for Deer Valley Resort’s visionary founders. With 19 residences, including two to four-bedroom homes and luxurious penthouses, The Helen combines modern design with comfort, the company said, providing expansive living spaces and “premium finishes.” The Edgar is a boutique collection, offering a more intimate setting, with plans for a third phase of construction in 2027 that will include additional residences. Finally, The Polly will serve as the heart of the community, the company said. The company said it specializes in resort operations, vacation rentals, and asset management, and it oversees more than 1,000 vacation residences, including notable properties like The Residences of Bachelor Gulch, Woodrun Place, The Aspen Mountain Residences and St. James Place. Phase 1 of Founders Place is expected to be available for booking and reservations by middle of 2025.
