Porch pirates in Gloucester Township caught on video taunting residents days after stealing from them

Footage shared by Gloucester Township Police in South Jersey shows two people stealing a package from a front porch in Sicklerville on Dec. 9, with one of them 'twerking' on camera. Upon learning that the video was shared on the Ring Neighbors app, they returned to the residence two days later to taunt the homeowners and return one of the broken stolen items.
