MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The third suspect wanted in a shooting that killed a two-year-old and injured four others was arrested Wednesday morning. Tarcus Wilkes, 19, was taken into custody around 9:30 a.m. by the Jackson Police Department, in partnership with the United States Marshals. Wilkes is set to be formally charged in Jackson City Court on Thursday morning. Police identify suspects in custody, wanted for shooting that left 2-year-old dead On November 26, officers say they responded to a shooting call on Wallace Road in Jackson, Tennessee where a two-year-old and four adults were found suffering from gunshot wounds inside an SUV.
