Cornerback Tommi Hill announced on Instagram Tuesday his intentions to declare for the draft, thanking friends, family and coaches for being supportive throughout his college football career. Hill played three seasons at Nebraska, after transferring from Arizona State. This season, Hill dealt with a foot injury and played in just seven games with five starts, recording 21 tackles, one pass breakup and one interception that he returned for a touchdown.
