BOONE COUNTY, Ind. — A Boone County man has been arrested on two revenge porn charges after several women accused him of sending intimate videos to people without their permission. Dylan J. Kinslow, 26, of Thorntown, was arrested this week on two misdemeanor counts of distribution of an intimate image. He has since been booked into the Boone County Jail where he is being held without bond. Police began investigating Kinslow in late November after a woman called about her ex-boyfriend sending private videos to other women without permission. Upon arrival at the woman's home, police met two other women who were also victims of the same crime. The women explained that they had each made multiple sexual, intimate videos while they were in relationships with Kinslow. After one of the women started dating a new man, she said Kinslow began threatening her with the videos. "How would your new man feel about seeing our videos," Kinslow reportedly texted one of the victims. Despite having made promises to the women that he'd deleted all intimate videos, at least three victims said they had proof that he still had access to the videos. Furthermore, the women said he was sending the videos to other potential sexual partners. "Do you want to see videos of me with [victim 1] and [victim 2]? Just do not, I repeat, do not tell them I still have these videos," screenshots show Kinslow writing to one woman. All of the women said they were told by Kinslow that he had deleted their intimate videos. They added that they had never given Kinslow permission or consent to distribute the videos to anyone else. After further evidence was gathered, a probable cause affidavit was filed on Tuesday, Dec. 17 charging Kinslow with two counts of distribution of an intimate image - a class A misdemeanor. An initial hearing in Kinslow's case is now scheduled for Dec. 20 in Boone Circuit Court.
