The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy Plot: Arthur Dent is taken on a bizarre journey through space after the Earth is destroyed to make way for a hyperspace bypass, based on the novel by Douglas Adams. The Butterfly Effect Plot: A young man discovers he can travel back in time to change his past, but doing so creates unintended consequences in the present.
