(WFRV) - The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Gregory J. Haanstad, announced on Tuesday that an Oshkosh man was indicted on charges of illegally possessing and stealing a firearm. 42-year-old Donta Bradshaw, according to the indictment, knowingly stole a semi-automatic pistol from a federally licensed firearms dealer in Oshkosh. Wisconsin man with homemade pipe bombs gets two years in federal prison Bradshaw is a previously convicted felon, which prohibits him from owning a firearm under state and federal law. If he is convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison for the possession charge and 10 years for the theft. No more details were provided.
