Oshkosh man indicted on charges of theft, illegal possession of firearm

(WFRV) - The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Gregory J. Haanstad, announced on Tuesday that an Oshkosh man was indicted on charges of illegally possessing and stealing a firearm.
42-year-old Donta Bradshaw, according to the indictment, knowingly stole a semi-automatic pistol from a federally licensed firearms dealer in Oshkosh.

Bradshaw is a previously convicted felon, which prohibits him from owning a firearm under state and federal law. If he is convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison for the possession charge and 10 years for the theft.
