CAMPBELL, Wis. (WFRV) - A 47-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested on Tuesday around noon as the result of a months-long investigation into an overdose death earlier this year. According to a release from the Campbell Police Department, Todd Pfaff of La Crosse was arrested around 11:54 a.m. on Tuesday for 1st-degree reckless homicide. $22,000 worth of cocaine seized in the mail, Wisconsin man arrested on multiple drug charges The investigation was surrounding an overdose death that occurred at a house on La Crescent Street on July 24, 2024. A search of Pfaff's residence following his arrest uncovered additional evidence. Pfaff is currently on probation for possession with intent to deliver meth stemming from a case in 2022. Green Bay man sentenced to jail, probation for forgery and casino fraud Pfaff is currently held in the La Crosse County Jail on pending charges and a probation hold. No more details were provided.
