EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 55-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 18, on an active personal recognizance bond revocation warrant for theft, according to the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three. The County Constable's Office says Mitchell Alvarado, 55, was taken into custody at the 5500 block of Edinburg for theft over $2,500 and under $30,000. Alvarado was booked into the El Paso County Jail with a bond of $60,000.
