United, Delta add nonstop flights for Clemson playoff game

(WSPA) - Clemson fans headed to Austin for their playoff game against Texas have more options to get to the Lone Star State.
The Clemson Tigers face off against the Texas Longhorns Saturday at 4 p.m. in the first round of the College Football Playoff.
United Airlines and Delta Air Lines each added non-stop flights from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport ahead of the Tigers-Longhorns matchup.
Flights will leave the Upstate Friday and return on Sunday.
United will fly a 737 Max 9 leaving GSP at 12:40 p.m. Friday and returning at 1:20 p.m. Sunday.
Delta plans to fly a CRJ-900 regional jet on the route, leaving Greenville-Spartanburg International at 4:57 p.m. Friday and returning at 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
