A Boise mother tells Idaho News 6 that her 23-year-old son, Nathan Gould, died Wednesday morning from his injuries sustained after being hit by a car on Five Mile Road on Sunday.Nathan was a musician and played nearly every instrument. He was in a local band called Privacy House and loved creating their own music. He loved hunting with his brother and dad, and his friends and family were his world," she said. Gould's mother says he also worked the last 2 years for a local manufacturer in Boise as an inventory lead and loved his job. He and his girlfriend had just bought their 1st home in July. He loved longboarding, snowboarding, water sports, and going to sporting events in town." Boise Police are still investigating the crash that happened around 7:10 a.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Five Mile Road and Bridgetower Drive. At this time, no charges have been filed.Gould was riding a longboard when he was hit by a car heading northbound on Five Mile."Personally, I feel like Nathan was in the wrong place at the wrong time Saturday morning; he was an expert longboarder," his mother said.
