Man pleads not guilty to manslaughter after deadly Victor stabbing
On the morning of August 5, 2023, the New York State Police said they found two injured men on Cunningham Drive in Victor. One of the men was 26-year-old Adam Record, a Manchester resident, who was found dead with multiple stab wounds. The other victim had a broken ankle and soft tissue injuries.
Investigators said Record went to Chittenden’s home on Cunningham Drive after a fight believed to have started in a Fairport bar and began to attack Chittenden without warning as he got out of his car.
The trial began in early December for this case, and the jury came to a verdict of not guilty on December 18.
