ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Lollypop Farm says they are searching for the owner of a dog found abandoned in a dumpster. The dog was found on Green Knolls Drive in Rochester. It appears as if the dog was in a bag in the dumpster with his head sticking out.
