WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- Sedgwick County expects people to pay the first half of their property tax bill by this Friday, but thousands still don't have the bill that tells them how much they owe. County Treasurer Brandi Bailey told county commissioners Wednesday morning that 6,400 tax bills with bad addresses had been returned to her office. "We've tried forwarding to those that had forwarding address on it, and I have still about 6,400 sitting in my office," she said.
