Anderson County High School mourns loss of student

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Anderson County High School community is mourning the tragic loss of Colton Fridh, a 16-year-old student who passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, following an automobile accident.
In a statement on Facebook, the school described Colton as a beloved student and friend, saying, “The Bearcat Family will miss Colton deeply. We are here to support family and friends as they navigate this difficult time.”
The school has made certified staff available to meet with students in need of emotional support during this challenging period.
They also encouraged the community to keep Colton’s family and friends in their thoughts and prayers in the coming days and weeks. The school noted that any opportunities to assist the family will be shared with the Bearcat community as they arise.
