file photo   RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has released the name of the person who died after a fatal crash on Tuesday, said the coroner’s office. The crash happened on Tuesday, December 18, on Highway 601 at Caldwell Road in Eastover. According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim was identified as Evelyn Reynolds, 77, of Lugoff. “We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this crash.” Coroner Rutherford states.
