CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel met 83-year-old Ron Nordmann, a resident at The Barclay at SouthPark who remains physically fit, proving that age is only a number. The distinguished senior living community features a state of the art gym facility, workout classes, as well as a pool. “Up ‘n Adam” got some pointers from Nordmann, who actively trains in the gym.
