New Year’s Eve comes with a lot of pressure—pressure to end the year on a high note, start fresh, cherish time with family and friends, and party it up. You know about the Peach Drop, but what else is there to do? We’ve rounded up a variety of options, from casual to upscale, with fun options for every budget.
High-end:
Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead
Okay big spenders, we see you. Whether you’re looking to show off for that special someone or just kick off the year on a high note, the Waldorf Astoria offers an opulent multi-part experience that starts with a seven-course tasting menu paired with fine wine and sake. After dinner, attendees flow into the hotel’s black-tie gala, complete with a band, DJ, and plenty of Veuve Clicquot to go around. $395 per person
il Premio
If dark and swanky is your vibe, il Premio is the place for you. This new Old Fourth Ward steakhouse is serving a seven-course menu featuring grilled lobster with chanterelles, wagyu strip, and riccioli with black truffle. Wine pairings are available for an additional charge. Snag a reservation at Moonlight, the lounge upstairs, for after-dinner drinks. $265.50 per person plus $115 for wine pairings
Mid-range:
Arnette’s Chop Shop
Step back into the golden era with a Studio 54–themed New Year’s Eve party titled “Stayin’ Alive.” Dance to music played by DJ 6’7 and enjoy a sparkling champagne toast at midnight. Admission includes two drink tickets. $75 per person

Get in the door for $50, or book a table with a bottle of prosecco and shared bites (like crab fritters with caviar) for $100 per person. Or, opt for a three-course prix fixe menu for $185 per person.
Casual:
The Roof at Ponce City Market
Those who want to celebrate with younger family members or prefer an early night may appreciate Ponce City Market’s Noon Year’s Eve party. The countdown kicks off at noon.
