FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The man reported missing on Tuesday has been found safe, the Fresno Police Department said. Officers say a man in his 80s was reported missing and was last seen on Dec. 16 in the area of Dakota Avenue and Cedar Avenue in Fresno. The man, police say, was driving a vehicle with no license plates attached. On Tuesday evening, the police department reported the man had been located and was found safe.
