NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department are investigating a shooting that left three people wounded in the Lower Garden District on Tuesday, Dec. 17. The NOPD reported that two men and an unidentified person were shot in the 1900 block of St. Thomas Street around 3:34 p.m. Westwego man arrested in connection with child pornography investigation NOPD officials said one man was shot in his arm, another man was shot in his leg and the unidentified person was shot in their hand.
