Baptist DeSoto Hospital temporarily closed after nearby shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Southaven hospital was closed temporarily after a nearby shooting left two people injured and three others detained, Southaven Police said.
Police received a call about shots fired in the area of Gallant Fox Cove and Winners Circle North.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located multiple shell casings in the roadway.
While officers were investigating the crime scene, they were told that two gunshot victims, one juvenile and one adult, had arrived at Baptist DeSoto Hospital.

A third suspect was located at the hospital and taken into custody. Police say they were not injured.
The victims matched the description of the suspects involved in the shots fired in the area of Gallant Fox Cove and Winners Circle North.
Police say the individuals at the hospital are in stable condition at this time.
Due to the nature of the call and the location of the suspects, Baptist Hospital was shut down for a short time.
Officers say that all of the suspects are in custody at this time. Two of the suspects were identified as juveniles.
MS woman arrested months after body found in burned car
Police said one of the suspects will be charged with attempt to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. The second juvenile is being charged with conspiracy to commit a crime.
Police said their information will not be released at this time.
One of the suspects was identified as 18-year-old ChyTearnye Williams. She is being charged with conspiracy to commit a crime.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
Southaven Police said more information including the names and charges will be released at a later time.
