"I played two years on Epson Tour, Graduated during COVID, and I didn't do Q school in 2019. So, you know, it kind of sent me back quite a bit, even though the all that happened. I think it happened for a reason. Well, it shaped me into the golfer I am today," said Galdiano.
The Hawaii golfer recently competed in the Q-Series Final Qualifying Stage Event and finished inside the Top-25 to earn her LPGA Card. Galdiano needed a Top-25 finish and ended up securing a top-13 finish after shooting 11 under par on the tournament.
"I remember tapping out on my last putt and I was like, 'Oh, man, I did it'," said Galdiano.
Galdiano isn't sure which tournament she will begin her LPGA Rookie season at, but she is determined to qualify for some majors and even qualify for the Lotte Championship in Hawaii.
"I think would be a lot of fun to go out and play there, be in the field for a the LOTTE later in the year. So I think it's based on points. I'm super excited. I mean, like I said, it's a long time coming, but I feel like I've got a good group of people behind me helping me out, making sure things are going well," said Galdiano.
The former Punahou standout is also planning on holding a Junior Golf Camp in January, where she will train and teach 10 junior golfers in a 3 day camp.
