ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- Traffic is back to normal Tuesday night after a crash in the southbound lanes of I-69 near U.S. 24 shut down traffic in the area, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT). INDOT's TrafficWise website and Google Maps showed southbound traffic had been stalled from the U.S. 24 interchange to the Airport Expressway interchange. Traffic returned to normal at approximately 10:39 p.m. It is not clear if anyone suffered injuries in the crash.
