UPDATE: All lanes on Interstate 10 West after Zaragoza have now reopened after a semitruck fire, TxDOT said at about 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A semitruck on fire is snarling traffic in East El Paso just in time for the evening commute on Tuesday, Dec. 17.
The Texas Department of Transporation says the right two lanes on I-10 West just past Zaragoza are closed. Backup is reported to Loop 375.
That's right in front of Las Palmas Marketplace.
Fire dispatch said the call came in about the vehicle fire just before 4:30 p.m. There are no injuries.
Police and TxDOT are on the scene.
Clearing time time is reported as being two hours.
