FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The Fresno Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing man in his 80s in Fresno. Officers say 81-year-old Patrick Kelly was last seen on Dec. 16 in the area of Dakota Avenue and Cedar Avenue in Fresno. The man is described as a white man, 5 feet 10 inches, and 180 pounds. Kelly was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, jeans, black shoes and a black hat. The man, police say, was driving his newer model Volkswagen sedan. The vehicle has no license plates attached. He was believed to be heading to the area of Shaver Lake or Pine Flat Lake. The Fresno Police Department asks anyone who sees this man to contact them at 559-621-7000.
