ESTILL, Ga. (WSAV) — A man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after a shooting on Thursday, Dec. 12, the Estill Police Department (EPD) said. Police said that Thomas Quinton Wallace, 37, targeted two teenagers and "sought retribution for an altercation that allegedly involved his own teenage daughter on Wednesday." He allegedly went to the apartment of two teenage girls, 15 and 16, and kicked down the door while their mother was trying to set it. He then shot the two teenagers in front of the mother and two younger children, the EPD said. Wallace is being charged with two counts of inflecting serious injury on a minor, attempted murder and burglary in the first degree. The EPD said that the department has several leads on a possible accomplice who possibly drove Wallace to and from the scene. The teenagers were airlifted to a Savannah hospital and are seriously injured, the department said.
