Two fast food chains are opening their third locations in the city of Riverside. Their celebrations will give early risers the chance to get freebies two days in a row. Panera Bread will be opening at 505 E. Alessandro Blvd. on Wednesday, Dec. 18. The restaurant is near Chili’s Grill & Bar and does not face the street. Beginning at 6 a.m.,  the first 100 guests will receive a year’s worth of free You Pick Two meals, according to a news release. Information: panerabread.com Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers will open at Van Buren Boulevard and Jackson Street the following day. The celebration starts at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19. The chain will take entries for its “Lucky 20” drawing from 7 to 8 a.m. Twenty winners will get free food for year.
