NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WPRI) — The bubble tea franchise Gong Cha has pushed back the grand opening of its new location in Narragansett to Dec. 21 and 22. The event was originally scheduled for Dec. 14 and 15. The store told 12 News it would have to delay the opening due to a permitting issue. There will be a buy one, get one free deal on Gong Cha's top 10 drinks on Dec. 21. ALSO READ: Gourmet cookie shop opens in Garden City The store will be located near the Stop and Shop in Salt Pond Plaza at 91 Point Judith Road. It will be open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. every day.
