MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie man was arrested for possession of child pornography on Monday, according to court documents. Andrew Harnish, 27, was preliminarily charged with the Level 4 felony after officers received a tip on Dec. 10. The tip was from the FBI and said he was receiving graphic material over Kik Messenger in June. Andrew Harnish Investigators orchestrated a seizure and subsequent search of his property at the 3600 block of Beacon St. Officers found extremely obscene content on his phone.
