Two hospitalized after semitruck crash on U.S. Highway 14 in Wisconsin

RICHLAND CENTER, Wis. (WFRV) - Two Wisconsin residents were hospitalized following a semi-truck crash on U.S. Highway 14 last Friday.
According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2024, when a semi-truck driven by 26-year-old Tanner Spoolstra of Brandon failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of County Highway O and U.S. Highway 14.

The semi collided with two vehicles traveling parallel on County Highway O, driven by 40-year-old Nicollete Wallace of Hillsboro and 46-year-old Tara Weitzel of Richland Center.
Domestic incident in Wisconsin leads to officer involved shooting, DOJ investigating
Both Wallace and Weitzel were transported to a nearby hospital with apparent non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation, and no further details have been released.
