COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A design-build specialty contractor announced plans to invest more than $30 million in Colleton County, creating over 100 new jobs for the area. Wayne Brothers' $35.5 million investment will go toward a new regional office and operations center at 101 Venture Way in Walterboro. The investment will create 170 new jobs, and company officials expect operations to begin by the first quarter of 2025.
