WILLISTON, N.D. (KXNET) — A substantial amount of methamphetamine was seized after a traffic stop in Williston on December 15. According to a Facebook post from the Williston Police Department, the stop led to the arrest of a 47-year-old Williston woman for drug-related offenses. Upon further investigation by the Williston Police, ND Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Parole and Probation, and the Northwest Narcotics Task Force, officers were allegedly able to seize several items from the suspect's possession: North Dakota Crime Tracker 2024 Approximately three pounds (1,328 grams) of methamphetamine, with a total street value of over $100,000. A handgun that is currently thought to be stolen. Multiple types of drug paraphernalia, including glass smoking devices, digital scales, and unused plastic bags. A notebook with records of what are believed to be drug sales. Roughly $4,300 in cash. The suspect has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (a Class-A Felony), as well as unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for a second or subsequent offense (a Class-C Felony).
