FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Tuesday Evening,
It has been a beautiful day today with sunshine and highs back into the lower 50s today, 10 degrees above normal for this time of the year. Tonight, temps will remain well above normal as clouds increase and rain showers approach for daybreak. Expect temps to slowly increase on Wednesday back into the lower 40s by midday, and then fall as rain showers move out and the cooler air moves in.
Thursday, expect a more seasonal start in the upper 20s, with highs in the upper 30s with mostly cloudy skies. Another shot of cold precip will return on Friday, with snow showers in the forecast for Friday, and temps only in the middle to upper 30s. Saturday, colder air will move back in, skies will remain partly sunny, with highs just below freezing in the lower 30s. This should set up for temps in the 20s by the kickoff for the Buckeyes game, with wind chills in the teens for the game.
Sunday will be bright and chilly, with morning lows in the teens, and afternoon highs in the upper 20s. Expect more sunshine on Monday with highs in the upper 30s. We will climb back into the lower 40s on Tuesday with rain showers late on Christmas Eve. Warmer temps are expected into Christmas day next Wednesday.
