LAKEVILLE, Mass. (WPRI) — A shed in Lakeville was destroyed by a fire Monday afternoon. Crews received a call around 12:15 p.m. that a shed was on fire behind a home on Staples Shore Road. At the time of the fire, firefighters were on scene of a crash near the intersection of Taunton and Bedford streets. One firefighter left the scene to respond to the fire along with mutual aid from surrounding communities. The department said the shed was being used as a workshop.
