(KRON) -- A man has been reported missing after he walked out of an East Bay hospital on Friday, the Alameda County Sheriff's Office said. Luis Moreno-Zuniga, 30, "escaped" Villa Fairmont Hospital, located at 15200 Foothill Blvd. in unincorporated San Leandro, the sheriff's office said. 6-year-old boy killed after running onto San Jose freeway identified The sheriff's office does not know how he escaped. He is considered at-risk due to a mental health diagnosis. Moreno-Zuniga is described as a Hispanic man who stands between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-7. He has brown eyes and black hair.
