ROCK HILL, S.C. – We now know the name of a man who was hit and killed by a car on Celanese Road. The York County Coroner says the man has been identified as 44-year-old Filadelfo Portillo of Rock Hill. Autopsy and toxicology reports will be completed later this week. Police say a driver hit Portillo around 6:30 Sunday night. First responders found him in the road with life-threatening injuries. He later died in the Piedmont Medical Center emergency room.
