Man fatally shot on Near West Side

A man was killed in a shooting on the Near West Side on Monday evening, Chicago police said.The man, 51, was near the street in the 2000 block of West Randolph Street at 5:28 p.m. when he was shot several times, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he later died.No one is in custody.
