ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) -- Medics rescued a person who was "pinned" under a mini excavator Monday morning. Details remain limited; however, in a post on X at 11:17 a.m., the Arlington County Fire and EMS Department said crews were working to rescue someone trapped under the machine.
