SIMSBURY, CT. (WWLP) - A massive fire in Simsbury, Connecticut destroyed a dozen businesses on Saturday.
Longmeadow home destroyed in third-alarm house fire
Fire officials in Simsbury say they got a call about a fire on Hopmeadow Street around 9:30 p.m. and fought the fire for over 12 hours, according to NBC Connecticut.
Chief Todd Myers said one firefighter was injured but is expected to be okay.
The building was home to different businesses such as a hair salon, yoga studio, nail salon, Allstate, tutoring center, lacrosse shop, and more. They were all destroyed.
Firefighters are still looking into what caused this fire.
