SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A 29-year-old woman died after being run over by a train in downtown Sioux Falls Sunday night.  According to Sioux Falls Police Department spokesman Sam Clemens, the woman died around 7 p.m. Sunday night near the intersection of 8th Street and Weber Avenue.    Snow chances return; Strong winds likely Thursday Clemens said witnesses told police there was a slow moving train that was crossing the road and the woman tried to jump on the train to cross the road.  “That woman fell from the train, was run over by the train and died on scene,” Clemens said.  Police did not share the name of the woman that died.
