WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) -- West Springfield Police are investigating after two pedestrians were struck by a driver in the area of Riverdale Street and Dagget Drive around 6:00 pm Sunday. West Springfield Police Sgt. Joe LaFrance told 22News that both pedestrians were taken to a hospital, but did not specify their conditions. LaFrance stated that the driver is cooperating with the investigation. The northbound lane outside the Riverdale shops, and the Dagget Drive entrance, will be closed until further notice.
