Fredericksburg police arrest suspect after downtown deadly shooting, other still wanted

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (DC News Now) -- Police said officers arrested a man in connection to a deadly shooting that happened in downtown Fredericksburg early Saturday.
According to the Fredericksburg Police Department, at around 1 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of William St. after hearing gunfire.
When officers arrived, they found Tyler Lee Jones, 23, of Fredericksburg, who had been shot, on Charles Street.
Jones died at the hospital.
Police initially said that they were looking for Elijah Musgrove, who they believe was involved in the deadly shooting. He is considered to be “armed and dangerous."

However, during an investigation, officers identified Izaiah Jabbar Daniels, 21, of Woodford, as another suspect involved in the shooting. Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Office arrested him during a vehicle stop.
Daniels is at the Rappahannock Regional Jail and is being charged with second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
As of Sunday, Fredericksburg police are still looking for Musgrove.
