SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- One woman is dead following a single-vehicle crash on I-229 Saturday afternoon in Sioux Falls. The name of the person involved has not been released pending family members' notification. Preliminary crash information indicates the driver of a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling southbound on I-229 exiting onto I-29 South. The driver lost control of the vehicle and entered the west ditch and collided with a tree. Obscure Brewing Company to close later this year The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. All information released so far is only preliminary.
