Traffic light to turn off at Russell Minnesota

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) -- A traffic light at a busy Sioux Falls intersection will be turned off this week while crews work on wiring to add more pedestrian intervals. The signal light at Russell Street and Minnesota Avenue will be turned off Tuesday following the morning commute. There will be a temporary all-way stop at the intersection until the work is finished before the evening commute.
