HOLTON (KSNT) - The 24th annual Christmas Parade of Lights lit up Holton Saturday evening.  The parade invited all police, sheriffs, fire and safety departments, as well as any clubs, organizations and schools to decorate their vehicles to drive around the town square.  Holton student gets surprise visit from Taylor Swift at Children’s Mercy Hospital People in attendance received candy from the floats And of course, the one and only Santa closed out the parade.
