RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Boat Parade of Lights floated down the James River on Saturday, showing off several festively decorated vessels. The parade started at Rocketts Landing at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 and finished at The Lily Pad around 7:30 p.m. Residents set up along the river and watched the illuminating and holiday-themed crafts float by.
